Wild Thing Art and Craft is currently operating using a single artist, Ellie Groves based in West Yorkshire, UK.
Returns
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept earring returns. However, if the jewellery is damaged due to immediate faults in the design (damage through postage) please contact me and a replacement will be arranged or refund placed. We will not be able to issue a refund once the jewellery has been worn! Should a refund be required this will be issued back to you within 72 hours.
Regarding clothing items, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please note items are of a handmade nature so small imperfections or slight variations can be expected. However, if the garment is damaged due to immediate faults in the design (damage through postage) please contact me via the contact form or via Instagram @wildthingartandcraft.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require full payment upfront unless a deposit is specifically agreed upon for wholesale/bulk orders (more than eight items). Should you have an issue upon receiving your custom order please contact me regarding returns and refunds.
Shipping
Items purchased through wildthingartandcraft.com are subject to Royal Mail/Evri shipping and delivery times. At peak times such as Christmas or in the event of a pandemic, shipping services will be delayed. However, once an order is received this will be dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be packed and posted the following working week.
Customers in England, Wales and Scotland
Free shipping is offered to customers within England, Wales and Scotland for orders over £30. Items are sent via Royal Mail or Evri. Once purchased the order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please be aware if an item is purchased on a weekend the item will be dispatched the following working week.
Customers in the EU and USA
Please note due to changes from the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) I am no longer able to post items to the EU, Northern Ireland and Norway. I am also no longer able to sent items to the USA due to changes to tariffs applied to small businesses.
Customers in Canada
Items will be dispatched Royal Mail International standard (14-21 business days). Once purchased the order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please be aware if an item is purchased on a weekend the item will be dispatched the following working week. Please note a custom fee may apply to your order. This cost is separate to the shipping/packaging cost. Please check whether this tax applies to you when ordering as this payment is to be paid by you to the appropriate customs office, Wild Thing Art and Craft will not be liable for this fee.
